Construction of recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains containing cellobiohydrolase gene of Lentinula edodes into the chromosomal HO locus.

Using genetic engineering techniques the pHO-GAPDH-α-cel7A-myc-6His-KanMX4-HO integrated construction, including cellobiohydrolase gene cel7A of the Lentinula edodes with the signal sequence of yeast α-factor, Mycepitope and 6xHis tail have been designed. The new stable yeast strain efficiently expressing recombinant cellobiohydrolase CEL7A of the fungus Lentinula edodes have been obtained. Chromosomal integration of the cel7A gene at the HO locus was confirmed by PCR verification. Keywords:References
