ПОИСК ДНК-МАРКЕРОВ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ ЯЧМЕНЯ К СТЕБЛЕВОЙ РЖАВЧИНЕ / АРПАНЫҢ САБАҚТЫҢ ТАТЫНА ТӨЗІМДІЛІГІНІҢ ДНҚ-МАРКЕРЛЕРІН ІЗДЕУ

Қазақстанның жаздық арпасының 96 сорттары мен линияларынан құралған коллекцияның сабақтың татына төзімділігі Биологиялық қауіпсіздік проблемалары институтында (Жамбыл ауданы) далалық инфекциялық фонда текерілді. Арпа үлгілерінің төзімділігі бойынша инфекциялық фонда алынған нәтижелер Қазақстанның жеті әртүрлі аумақтарында (2009-2014) зерттелген коллекцияның өнімділігін бағалау арқылы талданды. Жалпы саны 81 ДНҚ-маркерлері қолданылған микросателлитті талдау негізінде сабақтың татына төзімділікпен статистикалық тығыз байланысқан 9 маркер анықталды. Жаздық арпаның сабақтың татына төзімді линиялары жекелеген аймақтардағы арпа селекциясы бойынша жобалар үшін таңдалып алынды. Алынған нәтижелер Қазақстандағы арпаның төзімді және өнімді сорттарын шығаруға бағытталған селекциялық зерттеулердің тиімділігін арттыру үшін қолданылуы мүмкін. Коллекция из 96 сортов и линий ярового ячменя из Казахстана изучена на устойчивость к стеблевой ржавчине на инфекционном фоне в полевых условиях Института проблем биологической безопасности (Жамбылская область). Полученные данные по устойчивости ячменя на инфекционном фоне проанализированы в связи с оценкой урожайности изученной коллекции в естественных условиях семи различных регионов Казахстана (2009-2014 гг.). В результате микросателитного анализа коллекции с использованием 81 ДНК-маркера, идентифицировано 9 SSR-маркеров, статистически достоверно связанных с устойчивостью к стеблевой ржавчине. Отобраны устойчивые линии ячменя с целью использования в различных региональных проектах по селекции ячменя. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для повышения эффективности селекционных исследований по созданию устойчивых и продуктивных сортов ячменя.Библиографиялық сілтемелер
