Приведен обзор литературы по вопросам взаимосвязи протоонкогена C-Kit с индукцией опухоли. В экспериментальных статьях показано, что C-Kit играет ключевую роль в возникновении опухоли. Мутации в этомгене вызывают специфическую экспрессию определенных генов, нарушают регуляцию клеточной дифференцировки, пролиферации и препятствуют клеточному апоптозу. Была обоснована ведущая роль с-Kit в развитии опухоли, что позволяет использовать его в качестве мишени в терапии рака. C-Kit протоонкогені iсiк индукциясымен байланысу сұрақтарына арналған әдебиеттер шолуы келтiрiлген. C-Kit iсiк пайда болуында маңызды рөл ойнайтынын эксперименталдi мақалаларда көрсетілген. Бұл геннің мутациялары нақтылы гендердiң ерекше кспрессияларына келтіреді, жасушалар дифференциасының регуляциясын, пролиферацияны бұзады және жасушалар апоптозына кедергi келтiредi.
