Выделение и идентификация новых культур токсинобразующих цианобактерий из озера Шар Нуур

Аннотация

Изучен видовой состав альгофлоры озеры Шар Нуур, расположенного в горных районах Баян Улгейского аймака Монголии. Из отобранных проб воды и альгобактериальных матов получены бактериологически чистыми 3 культуры цианобактерий –семейста Oscillatoriaceae и Nostocaceae. Определена токсичность выделенных штаммов цианобактерий по системе Н.С. Строганова.  Установлено, что из выделенных штаммов SP-O1 сильно - токсичен в отношении тест-объекта - дафний. Оценка биологической активности токсичных культур исследованных цианобактерий  по отношению к клеточной линии раковых клеток HeLa показала различный цитотоксический эффект. В экстрактах биомассы штаммов Desertifilum SP-O1 опасные токсины не обнаружены, идентифицированные токсины в основном относятся к микроцистинам. Выдленная из озера Шар Нуур цианобактерия  SP-O1 по ботаническим признакам отнесена к роду Oscillatoria, однако молукулярно-генетический анализ выявил ее высокую гомологию  к роду  Desertifilum, относящийся к семейству  Oscillatoriaceae.  На основе этих данных культура  SP-O1  была идентифицирована и обозначена как  Desertifilum sp.1.
