Abstract

The task of this work is optimization of in vitro translation process of HvNHX3, AtDREB1A, AtDREB2A mRNAs in cell free wheat system and further its diagnostic using [32S]-methionine. Protein products were obtained as the result all kind mRNAs synthesis after SDS-PAAG electrophoresis. Also we determined optimal conditions for product diagnostic of mRNA HvNHX3 translation using different detergents.
