The influence of Z-ligustilid on the generation of superoxide anion and the phosphorylation of cPLA2 in astrocytes at β-amyloid

В настоящей работе было изучено влияние Z-лигустилида (бутилиден-4,5-дигидрофталид, на генерацию супероксид аниона и фосфорилирование cPLA2 в астроцитах крыс при воздействии β-Амилоида. Установлено, что Z-лигустилид ингибирует генерацию супероксид аниона, синтез которого индуцирует β-Амилоид. Показано, что Z-лигустилид снижает уровень фосфорилирования cPLA2, но при этом не оказывает токсического действия на астроциты.References
