Abstract

686 hybridization sites of intronic miRNA with 54 mRNA of genes which take part in development of human colon cancer are established. The different parity of sites of linkage studied miRNA with 5'UTR, CDS and 3'UTR mRNA each gene is taped. Appreciable heterogeneity of functional sites mRNA on number of sites of linkage and on density of a locating of these sites with miRNA is established. Are found miRNA, possessing high selectivity to mRNA some genes.
