ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ АЛЛОПЛАЗМАТИЧЕСКИХ ЛИНИЙ ПШЕНИЦЫ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ МАРКЕРОВ, ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮЩИХ СРОКИ КОЛОШЕНИЯ

Проведено изучение генетического разнообразия аллоплазматических линий пшениц, различающихся у стойчивости к засухе и по срокам вегетации с использованием маркеров к генам, определяющих сроки колошения. Объектами исследований служили девять аллолиний пшеницы, полученных от скрещивания T. dicoccum var Araratum (Host.) и T. aestivum сорта Мироновская 808, в результате объединения цитоплазмы одного вида с ядерным геномом другого вида и последующим многолетним отбором. С использованием ПЦР проводили анализ генов Vrn и Ppd, определяющих сроки колошения. Установлено, что большинство аллолиний по рецессивным генам яровизации и фотопериода наследуют генотип сорта Мироновская-808. Исключением является линия D-n-05, у которой выявлен доминантный аллель Vrn-B1c. Анализ генов Ppd-D1 с использованием аллель-специфичных праймеров показал наличие доминантного аллеля Ppd-D1a в гетерозиготном состоянии у D-d-05b и D-d-05.
