Взаимодействие miRNA с mRNA генов апоптоза при раке легкого. Өкпе обыры кезінде miRNA-дың апоптоз гендерінің mRNA-мен байланысуы

Изучено связывание miRNA с mRNA генов, участвующих в апоптозе. Установлено, что несколько miRNA имеют сайты связывания с mRNA одного гена, и одна miRNA может связываться с mRNA нескольких генов. Такими miRNA являются miR-619-5p, miR-1273g-3p, miR-1273h-3p, miR-5096, miR-5095, miR-5585-5p, названные ранее уникальными. Экспрессия большинства ключевых генов апоптоза может регулироваться с помощью miRNA. Апоптозға қатысатын гендердің mRNA-мен miRNAлар байланысуы зерттелген. Кейбір miRNA- лар бір геннің mRNA-мен, бір miRNA бірнеше гендердің mRNA-мен байланыса алатыны анықталған. Мұндай miRNAларға miR-619-5p, miR-1273g-3p, miR-1273h-3p, miR-5096, miR-5095 және miR- 5585-5p жатады. Апоптоздың негізгі гендердің экспрессиясы miRNAлар арқылы реттеле алады.Библиографические ссылки
