Receive of suspension cell culture of wild species Scorzonera tau-saghyz Lipschits et Bosse

The ways of induction callus genesis in leaf explants of wild species Tau-saghyz were determined. The highest values for callus formation in leaf explants of Scorzonera tau-saghyz Lipschits et Bosse were obtained due to positive influence of 1,5 mg/l Indolilacetic acid. It was determined the impact of Gibberell acid on the morphogenesis and regenration processes of rubber endemic plant Tau-saghyz. The condition for creation suspension cell culture of Тau-saghyz were studied. Growth dynamics of suspension cell culture of wild species Tau-saghyz Scorzonera tau-saghyz Lipschits et Bosse were determined. Among the investigated cell suspension cultures of tau sagyz high parameters of growth dynamics had a cellular line № 9. The suspension was characterized as a homogeneous, dispersioneous and consisted from small 3-5, 7-9 cellular aggregates, as well as single cells. During eleven days, there was an active cell division, the maximum density 5,8x106 cells per ml was achieved to the twenty first day of cultivation. In the future this cellular line is planned to make the extraction of isoprenoids, i.e. the main structural component of the rubber.References
