Аннотация

Қысқа көріністе тау-сағыздың артықшылығын анықтайтын басты жағдай көрсетілген, дүние жүзінде таралған Гевея, табиғи каучуктің қайнар көзі. Биологияда тау-сағыздың дамуы туралы мағлумат көрсетілген – бірегей өсімдік – Оңтүстік Қазақстаның эндемик қаучугі. Фикуса Ficus sp., Жолжелкен (Taraxacum brevicorniculatum) және Гевеялық (H. brasilensis) каучук өсімдіктерінің басты биосинтездеу жолдары айтылған. Тау-сағыздың in vitro жасуша ортасының өзіндік нәтижелері талкыланды және өнімділігі жоғарлатылған және тамырда табиғи каучуктің қысқартылған уақытта жиналатын генетикалық күшейтілген өсімдікті алу жолдары қарастырылды. Сирек кездесетін және жоғалып бара жатқан түрлерін кайта калпына келтіру мен тамырларынан коммерциялық маңызды куачук алудың қазіргі заманғы тиімді биотехнологиясын әзірлеуде қолданысқа ие болуы мүмкін. В кратком обзоре приведены основные положения, которые определяют преимущества тау-сагыза (Scorzonera tau-saghyz Lipsch. et G.G. Bosse), как альтернативу распространенной в мире гевеи, источника натурального каучука. Представлены сведения по биологии развития тау-сагыза – уникального растения – каучуконоса эндемика Южного Казахстана. Описаны основные пути биосинтеза каучука в растениях-каучуконосах на примере гевеи (H. brasilensis), одуванчика (Taraxacum brevicorniculatum) и фикуса Ficus sp. Обсуждены собственные результаты по культуре клеток тау-сагыза in vitro и перспективы получения генетически улучшенных растений с повышенной продуктивностью и сокращенным сроком накопления натурального каучука в корнях. Также рассмотрены пути использования современных биотехнологий для восстановления численности в природе редкого и исчезающего вида, и создания плантаций для получения коммерческого каучука из корней.
