The article presents research work on the biological and ecological features of the fungus Rhizopus oryzae, affecting seed crops. Seeds were collected from crops granaries five district (Talgarsky, Iliisky, Karasai, Zhambulsky, Panfilov) Almaty region. They discovered the causative agent of disease etiology mushroom Rhizopus oryzae, affecting the quality and safety of grain.References
