Растения риса в условиях загрязнения среды ионами кадмия

Аннотация

Был проведен скрининг различных сортов риса на устойчивость к действию различных концентраций кадмия  в виде соли CdSO4 по ростовым параметрам. В качестве объектов исследования были взяты различные сорта риса (Oryza sativa L.): Чапсари, Баракат, Бақанас, Виолетта, Анаит, Фишт, Маржан, Мадина. Растения выращивали 7 дней в растворах, содержащих различные концетрации CdSO4 в 5 вариантах: 0, 50, 100, 200, 400 µM CdSO4. Установлено, что с увеличением концентрации кадмия рост и накопление биомассы растений снижаются. По сравнению с надземными органами корни оказались наиболее чувствительными к действию ионов кадмия. По линейному росту корней ряд устойчивости может выглядеть таким образом: Баракат (23%) > Чапсари (18%) Виолетта (17%) > Фишт (7%)> Анаит (7%) > Маржан (5%) > Бақанас(4%).    Биомасса корней растений подавлялась в большей степени, чем надземных органов. По росту надземных органов наиболее устойчивыми к действию высоких концентраций кадмия (400 µM CdSO4) оказались сорта Мадина, Баканас, Виолетта,  в то время как сорта Маржан, Анаит и Фишт оказались чувствительными.
