Микробиологический анализ фосфорсодержащих отходов южного региона

Аннотация

В статье даны физико-химические и микробиологические количественно - качественные характеристики фосфорсодержащих техногенных отходов (шлака и шлама) бывшего Шымкентского фосфорного завода на юге  Казахстана. В ходе исследования установлено, что шламы и шлаки фосфорсодержащих отходов имеют рН – 6-7,5, а в составе поверхностных эрозированных отходов преобладают такие  компоненты как SiO2 -кварц, CaCO3 –кальцит, Fe2O3 –гематит. В составе фосфорных отходов выявлены следующие группы микроорганизмов: микромицеты в количестве (5,4±0,5)×10КОЕ/г , гетеротрофы- в количестве –(3,8 ±0,3) ×104 КОЕ/г, нитрификаторы 1 фазы – 108 КОЕ/г., азотфиксирующие бактерии –в количестве 90 % обрастания комочков, актиномицеты-в количестве -105 КОЕ/г, энтеробактерии- в количестве 107КОЕ/г. Анаэробы в шлаковых пробах -3, 8х104 КОЕ/мл, а в пробах шлама -0, 50х102 КОЕ / мл, то есть количество анаэробных микроорганизмов меньше, чем аэробы. Тионовые и сероокисляющие бактерии в фосфорсодержащих отходах не выявлены. В результате скрининговых работ выделено 73 изолята микроорганизмов, перспективных для биогеотехнологических целей.
