Физиологические и биохимические изменения в проростках нута в период акклиматизации к низким температурам в лабораторных условиях

Аннотация

В статье приведены результаты физиолого-биохимических изменений в проростках 4-ех образцов нута на этапах 2-ух вариантного закаливания при низких положительных температурах  в лабораторных условиях.

Установлено,  что содержание осмопротекторов:  свободного пролина  и сахарозы повышалось в зависимости от длительности и силы стрессового фактора у всех генотипов, за исключением сорта Мальхотра.

Информативность биохимических показателей, сопряженных  с перезимовкой проявлялась  в период понижения  температуры от +13°С до +2°С. Так, между уровнем сахарозы и перезимовкой нута выявлена высокая положительная корреляция (r=+0,88). На этой же стадии закаливания между концентрацией фотосинтетических пигментов, каротиноидов (хлорофилл a, b, ксантофиллы+каротиноиды) и перезимовкой нута в полевых условиях также выявлена высокая положительная корреляция (r=0,98; 0,98; 0,91, соответственно).  Указанные показатели могут  служить физиологическими  маркерами  в отборе холодо-морозостойких форм нута.

Общая активность антиоксидантных ферментов (пероксидазы, супероксиддисмутазы) на всех этапах 2-ого варианта закаливания положительно коррелировала с уровнем сахарозы и свободного пролина в растениях. При усилении стрессового воздействия на растения прослеживалась взаимосвязь пероксидазной активности с числом перезимовавших растений.
