Abstract

The technology of biologically active additives (BAA) on the basis of dried cyanobacteria Spirulina with carrots was produced. The chemical composition, organoleptic properties, energy value and other indicators of this BAA was classified as a dietary supplement, and named «Spirulina-Life».
