Fish of the family Cichlidae - tilapia have valuable biological and economic characteristics. Rapid growth, high tolerance to adverse environmental factors, resistance to many diseases do these fish one of the most promising projects of industrial fish farming. Tilapia - the second largest freshwater fish breeding facility in the world after carp. It is grown in Africa, Asia, Europe and America, in both fresh and salt water. The greatest value to the fishery are species belonging to the genus Oreochromis – O. mossambicus, O. niloticus, O. aureus and O. rossa. These fish are highly adaptive resistance to significant changes in terms of content, easy to breed, have a good growth rate, have excellent taste. The article shows the histological evaluation of certain organs fingerling tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), grown on the basis of the State Enterprise "Kapshagai spawning and nursery services» (Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region) before and after feeding various brands grower: the food of the Polish company "Aller aqua" (control ) and domestic food LLP "Kazakh research Institute of processing and food industry" (KazRIPFI) and "Karaganda" (experience). As a result ichthyopathological and histological examination gills, muscles, liver tilapia fingerlings, feeding the various grower identified varying degrees of changes in the tissue. One of the most important foundations of the intensification of production in the cultivation of any species is the rational feeding, based on the use of high performance feed. In the conditions of modern fish farms, using a variety of fish production technologies necessary to choose the right food. Specificity tilapia biology requires the development of original technologies of reproduction and cultivation in monoculture and in polyculture with other fish species. The aim of this study is evaluation of histopathological changes in gill, muscle and liver of tilapia fingerlings, feeding the various grower. In the course of histopathologic and histochemical studies found the application feed KazRIPFI and Karaganda feed changes are observed in the liver, gills and muscle, which occur steatosis and necrosis in liver necrosis, and disruption of the structure of the muscle fibers, and gills violation lamellar structures , hemolysis of red blood cells, epithelial desquamation of the gill filaments of cells, necrosis of respiratory cell hyperplasia, an increase in the number of mucous cells. A comparative analysis of the impact on the body of the fish three kinds tested feed more pathological processes manifested in the application along with the base control food («Aller aqua») feed KazRIPFI and Karaganda.Downloads
