В обзоре представлены результаты литературных данных и собственных исследований антиокислительных свойств лекарственных растений. В статье рассматриваются природа, роль и механизмы действия полифенольных соединений, широко представленных в растительном мире и обладающих широким спектром антиоксидантной активности. Мақалада əдебиеттерде көрсетілген мəліметтер мен дəрілік өсімдіктердің антиоксидантты жəне мембранопротекторлы қасиеттерін өзіндік зерттеулері нəтижесінде алынған мағлұматтарға шолу жасалған. Мұнда өсімдікəлемінде кең тароаған жəнеантиоксиданттық белсенділігі жоғары болып табылатын н полифенолды қосылыстардың табиғаты, маңызы жəне ағзаға əсер ету механизмдері қарастырылған.Библиографические ссылки
