В статье приводятся результаты молекулярно-эпидемиологического исследования по выявлению ассоциации полиморфизма MLH1-93G>A (rs1800734) с развитием КРР у жителей г. Алматы. Генотипирование этого полиморфизма проведено у 247 больных колоректальным раком и 244 здоровых доноров. Статистический анализпозволил определить достоверную ассоциацию – 93GG генотипа с развитием колоректального рака у казахстанцев. Мақалада MLH1-93G>A (rs1800734) полиморфизмінің Алматы қаласы тұрғындарындағы колоректалды обыр дамуы арасындағы байланысын анықтау бойынша молекулалық-эпидемиологиялық зерттеулердің нәтижелері көрсетілген. Бұл полиморфизмді генотиптеу колоректалды обырмен ауыратын 247 науқастар мен 244 сау донорларға жүргізілді.
