Abstract

Acute paraproctitis is the most frequent pathologies in the practice of urgent surgical proctology. Optimal empirical antibiotic therapy in patients with acute парапроктитами is a combination of cephalosporins 2-3 generations and aminoglycosides 2-3 generations, with subsequent replacement of the products in accordance with the sensitivity of selected microbial flora to antimicrobial medicines.
