ВЛИЯНИЕ ИММУНОМОДУЛЯТОРА НА АДСОРБЦИОННО-ТРАНСПОРТНУЮ ФУНКЦИЮ ЭРИТРОЦИТОВ ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОМ ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ

In experiments on white outbred rats with the caused experimental inflammation influence of of immunomodulator of metronidazole on ability of different factions of erythrocytes was studied to adsorb and carry on the surface proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and immunoproteins (IgG, IgM and IgA). As a result of biochemical researches of plasma of blood, it was educed, that metronidazole on a background an inflammatory process did not cause the considerable changes of concentrations of the studied parameters. Research of washings off showed from erythrocytes, that of immunomodulator at experimental inflammation had increased the transfer of general protein, albumen and glucose on the surface of «young» erythrocytes. In washings off from «old» erythrocytes there was an increase of concentrations of cholesterol and triglycerides. It is shown that metronidazole caused reduction of maintenance of immunoproteins of IgM and IgA in plasma of blood, with the simultaneous increase of their adsorption on the surface of erythrocytes Thus immunomodulator on a background an inflammatory process, rendered the differently directed operating on a transport function of "young" and "old" erythrocytes.Downloads
